I bought the hat online & was informed by the store on the 17th of December 2024 that i mistakenly selected “pick up at store” instead of “delivery”,then on the same day of the 17th of December 2024 i paid the money for delivery and sent POP & was told the package will be sent to dispatch.
It went quite until i asked for feedback on the 21st of December 2024 then was responded to on the 22nd of December 2024 that “dispatch will open on the 06th of January 2025”.
So i don’t have the hat yet. I also don’t understand why Fabrosanz didn’t put it on their website that everything ordered from 16th of December 2024 will only be delivered next year in January 2025 , instead of letting customers order something that they are not going to receive on time.
