How Do I Order?

How to Shop with House of FabroSanz

1. Shop Online
Visit our online store and click on the “All Products” tab:

Browse through our selection, view product images and prices, and add your favourites to your cart to complete your purchase.

FAQs

 

Can I order an item that’s sold out?
Yes! If we still have the fabric in-store, we can remake the item. If not, we’ll suggest a similar fabric. Please allow 7–10 working days for production.

What sizes do you offer?
Our ready-to-wear sizes range from 28 to 42. We also offer custom sizing, depending on fabric availability.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. While our site doesn't support international payments yet, we can assist manually via PayPal.

  1. Choose your items and confirm sizing using our Size Guide

  2. Send your order (code or image, size, address & contact) to:

  3. We’ll calculate courier fees and send a PayPal invoice

  4. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed
    📦 Delivery takes 10–15 working days

 

Can you alter my item if it doesn’t fit?
Yes, we offer free alterations within 14 business days of receiving your order.

  • Visit us in-store for the best results. Alterations are available at our studio. 

  • If you're not nearby, send us a photo of yourself wearing the item so we can assess fit

Do you offer custom designs?
Absolutely. Whether it’s for a bridal party, or a special request using our signature Nguni print or other in-store fabrics, we’d love to assist — subject to fabric availability.

How long is delivery?
Local delivery takes 4–7 working days. We work with third-party couriers, so minor delays may occur, however we’re always here to assist if needed.

 

How do I track my online order?
Track your order here:

You’ll receive an email with tracking details. If not, please WhatsApp us and we’ll send it directly.

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

  • Items must be in a re-sellable condition

  • You have 14 days to exchange for an electronic voucher

  • We do not offer cash refunds

  • Courier fee for collection is R120. We’ll return the exchanged item at no cost to you

  • You may also send the item to:

    Please include your tracking number

Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not exchange masks, swimwear, or socks.
