Unhappy with the dress/service thus far.
- incorrect measurements
- dress was sent back for correction but they still made errors with the shoulder straps. Easily could have been avoid had they inspected the dress before informing me to collect.
- the dress was ordered with home delivery but I have been forced to drive to your sandton branch twice at my own cost. The issue has not yet been resolved.

Love this dress! The ability to have it tailored in-store at purchase takes te shopping experience to another level!

Stunning piece of garment. The bottom part fits nicely- however, the top part of the dress is quite loose. I just need to make time (since I'm from Dutban) to come see your tailor for the exact measurements and alterations done on the dress.
Please do take note of this- I was quite anxious to wear it but couldn't given the reason stated above.
